Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 days after your order is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery typically arrives within 6–12 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

All items in our store ship free of charge. There are no minimum order requirements and no shipping fees added at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, as address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically completed within 5–10 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in USD. Since all orders ship free, there are no shipping fees to deduct from your refund.
